How much space do I need for our tubs and saunas?
Space requirements depend on the model size, but most units ship in modular, flat-packed kits designed to be easily carried through standard doorways, gates, or stairwells and assembled directly on site—eliminating the need for heavy equipment or crane lifts
Can I install the kit myself or do I require a contractor handle the installation?
Yes, most handy DIYers can assemble the main kit components themselves. Our cedar saunas, cedar tubs, and float kits ship modularly with pre-cut panels, precision staves, and quick-connect equipment setups designed for straightforward site assembly using basic hand tools. We can work with owners who have their own trades to implement any construction or design ideas or requirements as they come about.
Are your cabins handicapped accessible?
Our cabins are custom built. Therefore, all efforts can be made to design a float cabin to meet your requirements.
What type of power do your rooms require?
Our cabins can run on either 110V or 240V power and require space in an electrical panel for dedicated GFCI breakers. Sizes of breakers are based on size of mechanical equipment .which can range from 15AMP(Pump&Filter), 30AMP (Infrared Panels/Small Tubs) to 100AMP (Pools)
What type of plumbing requirements do your products call for?
Our products are a completely isolated aquatic feature. Meaning they do not have to be drained or have a main drain or any outside plumbing fixtures attached to the system. You will need to fill the tub with water from a nearby source . The water can be drained into a drain or field with the aid of a submersible pump . You can rough-in plumbing to drain if you choose.
How long will it take for my Kit to be delivered?After the layout design and ordering process is complete it takes between 10 to 14 weeks for us to manufacture your kit and get it shipped out to you. Although most are within 6-8 weeks.
How long does it take to install?
Installation of a kit can take as little as a few hours if you are placing it in a finished room or site and up to 2 days for larger tubs or pools.
What sanitation system do you offer?
We provide an NSF 50 compliant filtration and sanitation system with Ionization system with the option to add UV filtration. In addition to other options that are designed to meet your local requirements such as chlorine, bromine, hydrogen peroxide if you are using it for commercial purposes.
How do you keep the Float solution clean?
Although the high concentration of Salt is a natural sanitizer, we run our solution through a filtration system entirely after use. We also use additional forms of sanitation to keep our solution looking tropical and pristine with the use of ionized Silver, Copper and Zinc system. Read more . Testing your solution regularly to maintain proper levels of ph, alkalinity and sanitiser as you would a pool or hot tub is your responsibility.

What type of wood do you use, and why cedar?
We craft our saunas and wooden tubs using premium Western Red Cedar. Cedar contains natural oils that make it inherently resistant to rot, decay, moisture, and insects. Beyond its durability, cedar provides exceptional natural insulation, heats up efficiently, and releases a signature relaxing aroma when warmed.
Can cedar tubs and saunas be placed outdoors year-round?
Yes. Western Red Cedar is built for extreme climate shifts—from freezing winter snow to intense summer sun. For outdoor cedar hot tubs, keeping the water heated or properly winterized during extreme sub-zero weather prevents freezing in the plumbing components and equipment.
How do I maintain and clean a cedar hot tub?
Cedar tubs require minimal chemical treatment compared to acrylic spas. Because cedar is porous, keeping your water balanced (pH and alkalinity) and running routine sanitation cycle times is key. The wood exterior can be left to naturally weather into a silver-grey patina or treated annually with a wood sealant to preserve its natural red tone.
How does a cedar sauna heat up, and how long does it take?
Depending on whether you choose an electric, wood-burning, or infrared heater, a cedar sauna typically reaches optimal operational temperatures 150{F} to 185F in 30 to 45 minutes. Cedar’s high thermal density retains heat exceptionally well, keeping energy draw low.

What are the main advantages of a fiberglass plunge pool over concrete or vinyl?
Fiberglass shells feature a smooth, non-porous gel coat finish that resists algae growth, requiring up to 70% fewer chemicals and significantly less scrub time than concrete. They are pre-molded for fast installation, extremely durable, and won't tear or puncture like vinyl liners.
What kind of foundation or site prep is required for a plunge pool?
Plunge pools require a level, structurally sound base—typically a compacted gravel bed or a poured concrete pad, depending on whether you are installing above-ground, partially recessed, or fully in-ground.
Can fiberglass plunge pools be used as cold plunges or hot tubs?
Yes. Our fiberglass units are engineered for extreme temperature flexibility. They can be paired with integrated chillers for cold-water therapy, high-efficiency heat pumps for hot soaking, or dual-mode systems that allow you to switch between hot and cold therapy.
Are fiberglass plunge pools suitable for indoor installation?
Absolutely. Because of their compact footprint (such as $6'\times4'\times4'$ models), they fit conveniently into home gyms, basements, or dedicated wellness rooms. You will just need to ensure adequate room ventilation, floor load capacity, and access to bring the shell into the room.

Far Infrared Heat is a leading therapy for a multitude of health issues and is commonly used in Infrared Saunas. Current research compliments the benefits of Far-Infrared therapy with Float therapy. We have an ionization system connected to our filtration units that release the minerals Silver, Copper & Zinc into the water. These minerals are natural sanitizers too. Mineral spas have been enjoyed around the world for thousands of years. Is there a warranty on the Fluid Float Kits?
We have a 5-year warranty on all manufacturer defects that don't include the Spa pack. These mechanical parts are different, as there is a natural wear and tear like any machine and we can't say it will last forever due to the high salinity of the environment and proper care by the user. We can say, however, that we will replace any mechanical part that is faulty for one full year. It's our promise to our customers that anything they buy from us has been tested or used by us at our own float locations.
